Holly Nicole Hamrick Taylor, 24, of Morgantown, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 after a brave fight with cancer. She was born on June 15, 1996, the daughter of Winston S. Hamrick and Diana Snider.
Holly was a joy to all who knew her family and friends alike. She enjoyed four wheeling and loved riding with her husband, on their Harley. Holly was a graduate of University High School and went on to graduate from Ross Medical Assistance School.
She is survived by her husband, who cherished her dearly, Seth Taylor; parents, Winston S. Hamrick and Diana Snider; maternal grandmother, Shirley Snider; paternal grandparents, Winston and Janice Hamrick; mother-in-law, Lori Taylor and father-in-law, Lonnie Taylor; her husband’s grandparents, Ed and Georgia Meyers; her two dogs, Finley and Nala and her cat, Wren.
Holly was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Victor Snider; Aunt Donna Vickers; and Seth’s maternal grandparents, Jim and Mary Jo Rutkosky.

Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, Saturday, January 9, 2021, from 2 – 6 p.m. In accordance with her wishes, cremation will follow.
Although guests are invited to come visit, it is required, per the Governor and CDC pandemic guidelines, that all visitors wear face masks and practice social distancing.
