Johnetta Marie (Wilson) Hopfenspirger, 73 of Lewisburg, WV went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown WV.

Johnetta was born at the home of Her parents on October 31, 1948 in Ponca City, OK. The Daughter of Betty and John Wilson.

Johnetta enjoyed horse breeding, going to the ocean and fishing. She was a contributing supporter of the US Ocean Conservancy and the Wildlife Conservation. She graduated from University of Oklahoma. During Her career She was Department of Defense Liaison Officer US Naval Support Souda Bay Crete Greece.

Mid Atlantic AIDS Educator, Howard University, US Army Corps of Engineers, Texas State Parks and Wildlife Department Volunteer, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Dept, Texas Realtor, Hotel M General Manager.

Johnetta is survived by her loving husband Joseph Roland Hopfenspirger of Lewisburg WV, Father; John Everett Wilson, Stepmother; Jennie Lee Wilson; Mother: Betty Jean Fleetwood, residing Meridian, OK, Son; Jason William Ray, Sisters; Pam Cargill, Teresa Wood and Becki Davis, In Laws; Lauren and Josh Moutray, Easthampton, MA, Grandchildren; Justine White, Joshua Ray, Valen Moutray, Aeyla Moutray and Great Grandchildren; Grayson Ray, and Delilah Reneigh Ray.

Cremation services have been entrusted to Hastings Funeral Home.
