Charles William “B.J” Watkins, Jr., 29, of Morgantown, passed away March 25, 2019, at his residence.

His loss leaves an unfulfillable void as a son and friend.

Charles’ family is now left to find a way to pay for his funeral expense.  We are asking for the assistance of his family, friends, and community to help pay toward his funeral.
