Nicholas "Nick" J. Carver, 40, of Spencer, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2020 in Plainfield, Indiana. Nick was born in Beech Grove, Indiana on May 6, 1979 to Donald R. Carver and Janet C. (Gulley) Carver. Nick was a 1998 graduate of Owen Valley High School. He loved his children and family more than anything and enjoyed golfing and coaching. Nick coached in the Beverly Bandits travel softball organization, had coached for Owen Valley High School and recently for Martinsville High School.
Nick is survived by his parents, wife of twenty years, Samantha Carver, children, Zack Carver, Lexi Carver, Hayden Carver, brother, Donnie and wife Rachel Carver, nieces Kaitlyn Carver, MacKenzie Carver and many other family members and friends.
Nick was preceded in death by his grandparents, and Uncle Mike Carver.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Monday, March 9, 2020 at the Christian Life Center, 157 South Montgomery Street, Spencer. Pastor Bill Grandi will officiate.
Visitation will be 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Sunday, March 8, and again 12:00 PM until the time of service on Monday, all at the Christian Life Center.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the children through the funeral home.
Arrangements are in care of West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer.
